The project aims to explore the method of working with a doll. We want to give educators from partner organizations who work with children and young people on a daily basis a new, attractive work tool. A doll is an extraordinary medium that can be used to address important, sometimes difficult topics in an accessible way for children and young people. We want to create a laboratory during which we will make our own dolls and develop lesson plans that each partner will be able to introduce into their class program. Our goal is to create conditions for learning about and creating a work tool such as a doll and, during creative work, to build a database of ready-made lesson plans that will be generally available to educators who want to introduce this method in their workshops with children and young people. We want to promote and disseminate the method of working with dolls with children and young people. Our goal is to create conditions for educators from different Member States to learn about and become familiar with a new work method - working with dolls with children and young people. Thanks to our training, we will be able to share the experience we have gained over the years working with large dolls - muppets. We want to show how to create your own doll, how to use it in the daily work of educators - what possibilities of use it offers, what topics can be discussed in an attractive way with the group. During the training, we also want to prepare scenarios that educators will then be able to use in their daily work. Dolls are not often used by educators. We want to expand their range of competences with another teaching method, with the help of which they can address even the most difficult topics with children. We notice a lack of knowledge and awareness among educators about this method of work. Thanks to our training - each participant will learn how to create their own doll, how to operate it and how to create a scenario with the help of which even the most difficult topics can be addressed in a friendly way. Dolls during workshops are a rarity, they are a unique method of work, they are not popular either in social media or in formal education. Our project is to provide knowledge and skills that educators are not able to guarantee themselves - such training is rare. We can implement them, share our experience gained in everyday work using this method. In accordance with the priorities set out in the Erasmus+ program, the specific objectives of the project are as follows: - enabling educators to act for the local community and strengthen social cohesion - implementing workshops using dolls supports children and young people in developing empathy and understanding social norms, indicating positive patterns of behavior and building social relationships, which has a positive impact on the local community; - raising awareness, stimulating reflection / sharing ideas and encouraging debate on modern and creative forms of work with young people and children; - the project is linked to the general objectives of the Erasmus+ program, such as support through lifelong learning, education, professional and personal development of people in education, training of educators working with children and young people; - educators will use social media, will produce a series of instructional videos on the method of workshop work with dolls using computer equipment, which is linked to the EU goal of digital education. Our project aims to increase the professional competences of participants in their daily work in the following way: - educational activities aim to develop professional knowledge, skills and attitudes that are linked to the European Competence Model for Youth Workers and to national professional standards (these are described in detail in the section on learning outcomes). - during the training, participants will conduct workshops and exchange good practices, then build partnerships and international cooperation in the youth work sector. - we will work in particular in the context of young people and children through conversations, discussions, practical activities and information workshops dedicated to them, preparing the ground for appropriate training in the field of youth work and children,
