The implementation of the "STUDY LAB" project stems from the identified needs among youth workers regarding the development of skills and competencies, particularly in the areas of emotional intelligence, stress management, time and energy management, effective learning, and digital and social skills. Youth workers with high emotional intelligence will be better able to manage their emotions in difficult situations, such as failures, crises, or challenging youth behavior that may be frustrating or stressful. They will also be more capable of understanding the needs, concerns, and emotions of young people, enabling them to respond more effectively and sensitively to those needs. The aim of the project is to equip them with the necessary competencies and tools that they can easily apply in their daily work with young people. By providing comprehensive training and resources, our goal is to enable youth workers to handle the challenges they face more effectively. Main objectives of the project: - To develop the competencies of 35 youth workers in the areas of emotional intelligence, stress management, time and energy management, effective learning, and digital and social skills. - To increase the awareness of 35 youth workers regarding their strengths and how to apply them in their work with young people through the Gallup strengths test and training on its use, followed by its implementation in the activities of each partner organization. - To develop digital competencies among 35 youth workers and familiarize them with modern, useful educational tools, which will allow for more effective youth engagement and increase the attractiveness and accessibility of their educational programs. - To create an international space for 35 youth workers from 7 partner countries that will serve as a platform for establishing professional connections, exchanging good practices, and sharing methodologies for working with young people. - To strengthen the capacity of the 7 partner organizations through collaboration and the exchange of good practices, aimed at improving the overall quality and effectiveness of initiatives and support offered to young people.
