The main goal of our Foundation in implementing this project was to help create a more understanding and accepting world for people with autism. We aimed to raise awareness, advocate for policy changes, and promote international cooperation on this topic. This project specifically focused on increasing awareness and education about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), while also building international support through study visits. We recognized that many youth workers, teachers, and members of the general public often lacked a full understanding of ASD. This lack of knowledge led to misunderstandings and ineffective support. Through this project, we aimed to close those gaps by providing youth workers with the knowledge and tools they needed to better support young people with ASD, promote social inclusion, and involve them more in educational and social life. Our main objectives were to improve understanding of ASD, develop effective support strategies, and empower young people with autism to actively shape their own futures. In doing so, we hoped to make a meaningful contribution to a more inclusive society.
