Introduction With the project "ERASMUS+ KA154 - Fundacja Kultury i Sztuki," we aim to realize the vision of dynamic intergenerational exchange and social inclusion. We see the need to create a platform that enables young people and seniors to co-create culture and education, participate in democratic life, and strengthen European identity. Project Goals Our goals are structured around the SMART methodology: **Short-term:** - Organize workshops and seminars that will raise young people's awareness of various aspects of socio-cultural life and European politics. - Create a series of social campaigns promoting civic activity and democratic participation in local and European communities. **Long-term:** - Support sustained dialogue and intergenerational cooperation, facilitating the exchange of experiences, views, and values between youth and seniors. - Include youth in decision-making processes at the local and European levels, supporting their involvement.
