"Kielce for YOUth" - this is one of the main slogans and approaches of the new city authorities, who have recognized the social and participatory inclusion of residents - especially the youngest ones - as a priority. The main goal of the project is the participatory development of a new youth policy for Kielce in cooperation with various stakeholder groups - young people, local government officials, officials, NGOs, academic circles. The project will provide young people with the opportunity to engage and learn to actively participate in civil society and build attachment to their small homeland through the implementation of many diverse, non-formal and creative activities. The activities will be complementary to the Urban Lab Program - City for Youth, which the City Hall of Kielce will implement from 2025, which is a huge opportunity to combine potentials and to open the city to young people and stop negative demographic trends.
