The “Polish Youth Dialogue” project aims to increase youth participation in decision-making processes at local and regional levels, while strengthening their advocacy and negotiation skills. We seek to empower young people to actively influence youth policies that affect them and address the gap in their practical knowledge on effective dialogue with decision-makers. The project will also create a platform for experience-sharing between youth councils at various administrative levels, fostering competence growth and collaboration. Key goals include: enhancing advocacy skills through workshops, educating on structural dialogue and decision-making processes, creating local youth strategies based on consultations, and establishing a space for experience exchange and mutual learning.
