The Youth Organizations Development Program responds to the needs of young people and youth organizations in Poland. Its goal is to support the active participation of youth in decision-making processes at local and European levels. Why are we implementing the project: Support for Young Leaders – we aim to equip young leaders with the skills necessary to influence society. Competency Gap – the project offers training in digital, managerial, and communication skills. Strengthening Intersectoral Dialogue – we are creating a platform for dialogue between youth and decision-makers to enhance their impact on policies. Project objectives: Develop youth skills through training in project management, leadership, and digital competencies. Support youth organizations through mentoring and advisory services. Promote inclusion and active participation of young people, including those with fewer opportunities, in democratic life.
