Our goal is to boost the involvement and inclusion of young migrants (aged 13-30) from Poland, Greece, and Romania in cultural institutions. We'll achieve this by providing training in Design Thinking methodology to youth workers, facilitating indepth interviews, and creative processes. This will result in the development of three pilot programs in cultural institutions, enhancing migrants' sense of belonging and cultural integration within their local communities.
