“Authentic Collaboration” aimed to equip youth workers with practical, collaborative tools to design and implement regenerative community projects. Building on methodologies such as Dragon Dreaming and complementary agile practices, the project focused on collaboration, inclusion, ecological awareness and entrepreneurial mindsets. Our objectives were to (1) strengthen youth workers’ competencies for co-creating projects with and for young people; (2) develop teamwork, facilitation and reflective practice (including overcoming personal/project blockages); (3) promote sustainable, environmentally conscious habits in youth work; and (4) seed an ongoing community of practice connecting participating organisations across Europe.
