This project aims to address the issue of Human Trafficking by providing practical methods and tools for intervening in cases of Human Trafficking in situations of humanitarian crisis. The action of Youth Workers in Human Trafficking is fundamental. Unfortunately, youth workers are not trained against human trafficking, even though their work is very much based on dealing with young people of all nationalities. The objectives of the Humanitarian Alliance project are: - To train and raise awareness among Youth Workers about Human Trafficking; - To develop skills in Youth Workers for the prevention of Human Trafficking; - To be in line with the European guidelines for the prevention of Human Trafficking; - Develop the capacity to intervene in organisations from the Youth Workers; This project is of great importance because, as well as training youth workers in these issues, it also aims to train associations to develop skills to prevent and act against human trafficking. These skills will be developed and passed on with the help of the Youth Workers taking part in the project.
