The ONDA project aims to empower marginalized youth from Lourinhã, Loures e Belém by providing tools for them to create and manage community radios. The main objectives are to promote social inclusion, develop digital literacy, and strengthen youth participation in civic life. The community radios will be a platform where young people can express their voices on social issues, engage with local decision-makers, and promote equality and active participation.
