The project's objective is to empower youth workers from partner organizations to work with young people in vulnerable situations, promoting social inclusion, the development of key competences (green, digital, intercultural), and the active participation of youth in their communities. The aim is to create and disseminate practical tools, such as the SINERGIAS Manual and the Competency Framework, supporting youth work and strengthening cooperation between organizations at the international level
