The YouthForward project aims to train 60 youth workers in business mentoring and career guidance, empowering 75 young people to develop business or social projects. We seek to promote inclusion and diversity by engaging young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The project will strengthen partner organizations, build a mentor network, and create a resource hub to ensure long-term impact in youth entrepreneurship and employability.
