Objectives

Last year, we submitted this project and received a score of 74 points. After discussions with our partners, we decided to reapply for the next deadline. Based on the experts' evaluation, we improved the following areas: detailed needs analysis, SMART objectives, information about participants, and a clear participant selection process. Additionally, we focused more on presenting the Youthpass certificate. The project’s objectives are clearly defined and aim to improve young people’s lifestyle and health. Through the implementation of this project, we seek to raise participants’ awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The first part of the project focuses on educating young people about what a healthy lifestyle entails and its benefits, both for the individual and the community. As a result, participants will gain a better understanding of why it is essential to make healthy choices regarding nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and internet usage. The project also focuses on informing young people about how excessive internet use can affect their health, both physically and mentally. This is a current issue, especially for young people, and the project helps them better understand these effects. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and develop appropriate behaviors to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This includes aspects related to nutrition, physical activity, hygiene, sleep, and managing internet use. Through information, experiences, and practical activities, it is hoped that young people will be more motivated to begin practicing a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, the practical part of the project involves physical and sports activities, which will help young people develop their physical skills and health, improving their level of physical activity and thus contributing to better overall health. The project aims to encourage young people to become educators in the field of healthy lifestyles so that they can share the knowledge and skills acquired with other young people and their communities. This aspect contributes to spreading the message about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Overall, the project seeks to create young people who are more aware and motivated to adopt a healthy lifestyle, improve their health, and become multipliers for promoting such a lifestyle in their communities. Additionally, the project promotes non-formal education and uses the Erasmus+ program as a tool to support the development of young people in the field of health and healthy living.
