The project “Youth for a Healthy Sexual Life” aimed to address the lack of accessible, accurate and inclusive sexual education among young people in Europe. The main objective was to equip young people with essential knowledge, skills and attitudes related to sexual health, healthy relationships, consent and responsible decision-making, using non-formal education methods. Through this youth exchange, the project sought to empower participants to adopt healthier behaviors, challenge myths and misinformation and become active multipliers of sexual education in their local communities. At the same time, the project aimed to increase participants’ awareness of European values and opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme, strengthening their sense of European belonging and active citizenship.
