The purpose of the project was to shift the perspective of the young participants, transforming them from passive consumers into active and reflective citizens who understand that a sustainable lifestyle is not just a modern trend, but a value deeply rooted in the traditions of past generations. General Objective The encouragement of a critical and reflective attitude towards the environment, which developed sustainable habits focused on recycling and reusing resources, emphasizing the role played by the cultural traditions and customs of past generations and providing young people with the capacity to recognize the power of diversity and individuality. Specific Objectives SO1: Empowering 20 young people, aged between 17 and 25, from Romania and Turkey, and 2 group leaders through non-formal methods, in order to form healthy and sustainable habits within a seven-day youth mobility and follow-up activities. SO2: Promoting a youth community centered on well-being, focused on the promotion and preservation of old traditions to achieve a green and inclusive future in 2 target communities, as well as at the European level, through social media interactions.
