Our training course - Inclusive youth work: building capacity for greater impact - was a project built upon the belief that youth work and non-formal education are 2 powerful tools for positively influencing young people’s lives, especially those at risk or confronting various difficulties. This aim was further translated into 4 SMART objectives that were fully accomplished throughout this partnership between ASK Yourself, Pangea Association, Fundacja Twoja, Pop Hub, E+Academy and Erasmusplus Hannover. 1. The training improved the knowledge and skills of 24 participating youth workers in the areas of needs assessment, problem-solution analysis, SMART objectives and impact assessment. 2. Our project equipped youth workers with the ability to apply a broader range of NFE methods closely aligned with identified needs of their target groups. 3. The youth workers enhanced their competences to effectively communicate with and support youth with fewer opportunities. 4.
