By implementing the "3, 2, 1...SET.C.!" project, our primary goal was to address the digital skills gap among youth workers and help their organizations communicate more effectively with young people through video content. We aimed to transform youth workers from passive content consumers into capable, strategic content creators. The project was structured around four specific, measurable objectives, all of which were successfully achieved and, in some areas, significantly exceeded: Digital competence development: We aimed to train 30 youth workers from 6 countries in essential digital skills (filming, editing, storytelling) throughout the duration of the course. Our goal was for them to master accessible tools like CapCut and mobile cinematography techniques. Practical application: We targeted that at least 15 youth workers would apply these skills by creating a minimum of one educational video for their organizations within 6 months post-project. This ensured the immediate transfer of knowledge into daily youth work. Organizational growth: We sought to help the 6 partner organizations increase their online engagement by at least 10% within one year. This was achieved by equipping them with high-quality video content (promotional reels and short films) and strategic dissemination plans. Community impact: The final objective was to reach at least 1,000 young people with educational messages on topics like sustainability and inclusion through the videos created. Achievements exceeding expectations: We successfully exceeded our impact targets through a dual approach: Physical reach: We reached 1,371 local participants (students and teachers) directly through the Topârceanu Fest III, organized on May 31, 2025, where the project’s digital methodology was applied. Online reach: We achieved a total online reach of 1,000 people. This figure combines the number of people who watched the educational videos, read the dedicated article published on the tinerii3d.ro website and viewed the social media posts shared by both the participants and the partner organizations
