The objectives of the RICH project are: 1)To develop the employability skills for 20 youth workers in the field of culture for a period of 16 months, from a training course to practice at the grassroot, with support for them through mentoring and coordination. 2)To rediscover and to preserve the Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Balkan countries from the project (Romania, Turkyie, Bulgaria, Greece) by Digitalization. 3)To grow the youth work involvement in the cultural field.
