The overall goal of the project is to empower a group of 4–5 youth dialogue ambassadors and 2 delegates to gradually take on active and leadership roles and move up the so-called youth participation ladder towards co-decision making and taking responsibility for the project, in cooperation with the National Youth Council of Slovenia and the National Working Group for Youth Dialogue (NWG). Parallel to the youth dialogue process, a pilot transfer of the EU youth impact assessment mechanism (EU Youth Test or Youth Check) to the national level will also be implemented. Additionally, we aim to provide the youth dialogue experience to at least 100 young people from local communities and 60 young representatives of youth organizations, as well as offer knowledge-building on the EU to 60 young people. The conclusions of the 11th cycle of the EUYD will be presented to 5 groups of decision-makers (ministries, MEPs, parliamentary groups, etc.).
