The BadgeUp project encourages young people from Slovenia and Croatia to develop leadership skills through systematic training and innovative methods. Participants will create original products, support each other in small groups, and assess their progress, earning badges for completed challenges. With a focus on recognizing youth work and active citizenship, the project will have a positive impact on local communities and strengthen international connections among young leaders.
