The project focuses on the participation of young people in supporting the implementation of the EU Directive on ensuring accessibility of services for persons with disabilities. As part of the project, young participants with and without disabilities, aged 18-30, carry out mystery shopping and observation, testing the quality and accessibility of services in companies, cultural, and public institutions, with an emphasis on upholding the principles of inclusion for young people. Their assessments will provide concrete feedback that companies, institutions, and organizations can use to improve their services and adapt to the legislative requirements of Law 351/2022 on Service Accessibility, which will come into effect in 06/ 2025. They will compile their customer experience findings into recommendations for the visited businesses and practices of companies and institutions, thereby engaging in the promotion of more inclusive policies and strengthening the **social responsibility of GZ.
