The project seeks to enhance volunteer recruitment, retention, and overall satisfaction of our volunteers by developing detailed onboarding materials, training programs, and support systems tailored to volunteer roles. By improving the volunteer experience and leadership quality, the project will also expand youth participation in scouting.
