Objectives

-There are similarities in the ways people use time. Some of the time is used to produce goods or services, that is, working time. While some of them are reserved for home and family responsibilities, some of them are reserved for social responsibilities; Some of it is spent on life activities such as eating and sleeping. The remaining time is free time. -Leisure activities are "activities that are carried out in one's free time, which is outside of one's compulsory pursuits and in which one is completely free to use it, with aims and methods that vary from person to person, and with completely personal preferences, that do not aim to provide financial gain." -While the increase in free time with the development of technology provides many gains in personal and social life, it also brings with it some negativities. -In this context, we think that one of the reasons why individuals spend a long time on social media today may be the result of improper free time management. - Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to raise awareness by explaining the negative effects of excessive social media use on human psychology through psychoeducation, and to reduce the time spent on social media by enabling young people to experience leisure satisfaction through correct free time management. - We think that leaving young people's free time to chance is a waste both individually and socially. In order to prevent this, we want to inform young people about how free time can be done.
