The goal of our project is to support the personal and social development of young people through creative drama and art, enhance cultural awareness, foster sensitivity to social issues, and promote social inclusion. We aim to provide opportunities for young people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds to come together, collaborate, and learn. Throughout this process, we will help them develop critical thinking, empathy, creative problem-solving, and effective communication skills, preparing them to become active citizens of the future. Project Objectives: Increasing Cultural Awareness and Empathy: The project will bring together young people from different cultures, enabling them to understand and appreciate different cultural perspectives. Drama and art will be used as powerful tools for intercultural interaction. This process will help participants break down prejudices and embrace diversity as a strength. Promoting Social Inclusion: Our project aims to create an inclusive learning environment where young people from various socio-economic backgrounds can participate equally. We will provide special opportunities for disadvantaged youth, helping them integrate more effectively into society. This inclusivity will meet the participants' needs to express themselves and be accepted within their communities. Developing Creativity and Communication Skills: Through drama and art activities, participants will enhance their creativity and communication skills. Workshops will focus on improving creative thinking, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, while group activities and performances will provide opportunities for collaboration, leadership, and conflict resolution. Raising Awareness of Social Issues: Drama is an effective method for addressing and discussing social issues. Our project will focus on global challenges such as environmental issues, gender equality, migration, and social injustice. Through artistic expression, participants will develop a deeper understanding of these issues and learn to generate creative solutions. Improving Emotional Intelligence and Social Skills: Participants will have opportunities to develop emotional intelligence and social skills through role-playing, empathy-building, and emotional awareness activities in drama and art sessions. This process will help them become more responsible, empathetic, and active individuals in their communities. Promoting Erasmus+ Opportunities: The project will inform participants about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program and encourage them to take advantage of these resources. Through Erasmus+, young people will gain an international perspective, enhancing their intercultural skills and academic experiences. Additionally, the Youthpass certificates awarded during the project will document the competencies gained, contributing to participants' academic and professional growth. Significance and Impact of the Project: Our project plays a crucial role in raising the social responsibility of young people and encouraging them to become more aware of global issues.
