Our project has comprehensive goals aimed at creating strong awareness and solutions to environmental problems that have reached global dimensions. The thinning of the ozone layer and global warming resulting from the greenhouse effect show that environmental and nature pollution are among the biggest problems threatening our world. Therefore, clear and achievable goals have been determined for our project to produce effective and lasting solutions. The goals we determined during the application phase are: - Examining Global Environmental Problems: In-depth investigation of the causes of environmental problems that have become societal issues, and taking concrete steps to solve these problems. - Ecology and Ecological Balance: To understand the concept of ecology and the factors that disrupt ecological balance, and to spread awareness on this issue. To ensure that the impact of environmental and nature pollution on global warming is also understood in this process. - Developing Key Competencies: To develop key competencies in individuals participating in the project and to ensure that these competencies make positive contributions to other areas of their lives. - Creating Environmental Awareness: To ensure that participants and those they interact with develop a strong awareness of the protection of the environment and nature. -Reducing Plastic Use: Reducing plastic use among selected individuals and our target group. -Revitalizing Lake Manyas and the Bird Sanctuary: Increasing the biodiversity of Lake Manyas and supporting its place on the migratory route of birds as it was in the past. -Increasing the Visibility of Our Partners and Stakeholders: Increasing the visibility of our partners and stakeholders by attracting more participants to their work throughout the project. -Increasing Cultural Awareness: Increasing the cultural awareness of our participants while developing more harmonious and tolerant relationships with different cultures. -Developing Environmental Sensitivity: Increasing environmental protection awareness by supporting participants and individuals interacting within the scope of the project to act more sensitively towards the environment. -Integration of Disadvantaged Individuals into Society: Ensuring that disadvantaged individuals are understood as part of society and encouraging them to participate more in community work. -Promotion of Bandırma District, Manyas Lake and Bird Sanctuary: To promote Bandırma district, as well as Manyas Lake and the Bird Sanctuary, and to attract more foreign tourists to these areas. -Recognition of the Erasmus+ Program: To increase the recognition of the Erasmus+ program in our region and enable more people to benefit from this program. -Awareness of the European Green Deal: To ensure that the content of the European Green Deal is better understood, to support the writing of new projects in order to comply with the agreement, and to draw the attention of countries to these issues. -New Studies and Projects: To create more awareness on environmental and nature issues by carrying out new projects and studies with our partners and stakeholders. -Leading Local and Regional Environmental Studies: To lead many studies on environment and nature at the local and regional level and to develop collaborations with NGOs and associations.
