The European Commission funds the Erasmus+ Program to create conditions conducive to learning for everyone and to achieve this through an intercultural exchange of information. In this context, the Erasmus+ program supports youth workers with the goal of lifelong learning for everyone. This project encourages young people working in the youth field to take a step towards beautifying the world by planting at least one seed and spreading it. The rational justifications of this situation are also explained in the activities and it is aimed to motivate young people and their surroundings for sustainable environmental and agricultural activities. In order to continue and spread the awareness to be created in the project, it will try to establish a connection with active citizenship. An intercultural activity where we plan to distance young people from pessimistic feelings and the virtual world market by seeing that protecting the environment and the food chain starts with planting a seed and beyond this as a miracle of creation also overlaps with the goals of the Erasmus+ youth workers program. * Another goal of the youth workers program is "learning to learn". Participants will share ways to solve global problems with informal/informal learning techniques, and they will learn both new learning methods and the sources of the problem through field studies and literature reviews on the subject. + Increasing agricultural activities is especially important for young generations in terms of protecting nature, reducing the climate crisis and ensuring the continuity of food supply. + The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, in its forward-looking estimates, predicts that even if the global economic recovery is taken into account, approximately 670 million people (8 percent of the world's population) will still face hunger in 2030. Therefore, encouraging the agricultural knowledge of new generations will be an important gain in the project. + Among the main objectives of the EU's New Common Agricultural Policy (CAP); Taking measures against climate change, Monitoring the environment, Protecting the landscape and biodiversity, Supporting recycling and Revitalizing rural areas. In this context, youth workers will be provided with information and awareness. + Lisbon Treaty (Article 39); It aims to develop agricultural technology, increase productivity in agriculture and ensure the effective use of agricultural production tools. The project will provide information and gains on these issues. +The Erasmus+ Program aims to encourage cooperation, learning/working quality, equal participation and innovation among youth workers. Our project includes activities in line with these goals. +The Erasmus+ Program and the EU prioritize "Environment and climate action". Our project also includes activities and awareness activities in line with this priority. +The European Green Deal Communication (2019-2024) and the Erasmus+ program target a carbon-neutral level by 2050. In the EC recommendations, everyone is advised to work on awareness-raising activities about the climate crisis and sustainability. Knowledge, skills and attitudes are also developed in this regard in Erasmus+ projects. +Our project includes priorities on environment, agriculture, and climate for youth workers that are in line with the EU's Erasmus+ and CAP goals. +Our project includes actions in line with the objectives of the renewed European Youth Strategy document (2019-2027) and the Erasmus Guide (2024); “to create more opportunities and equal opportunities for all young people in education and the labor market and to promote active citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity among young people”. Our project objectives are in line with the priority areas of the EU Youth Strategy: “To raise awareness that will enable young people to realize their potential in rural areas”, “To create quality employment and learning environments for all” and “To encourage young people to be environmentally active, educated and to create change in their daily lives within the scope of a sustainable green Europe”. +The project includes the selection of participants according to elements such as “inclusion and diversity” of the Erasmus+ youth program. +Thanks to the project, participants will gain competencies such as program management, logistics competencies, non-formal learning, team learning, information exchange, creating learning circles, developing communication, language and informatics competencies, agricultural achievements and obtaining certificates. + The project has structures that ensure that disadvantaged youth workers are included in the project activities at every stage in line with the priorities in the Erasmus4 guide and manage a fair, transparent and rational project process in line with the Erasmus+ Youth Quality Standards.
