This project aims to support the social, personal, and professional development of NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth and young people with disabilities. We aim to strengthen the ties between these young people, who are at risk of social exclusion, and society by enhancing their access to education and employment. Workshops, online training sessions, and a summit will create an effective learning and sharing environment among participants. Through these activities, young people will improve their communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while also supporting their social integration. The active participation of young people with disabilities will be encouraged an inclusive and supportive environment. Collaboration with NGOs and local stakeholders will help raise awareness and foster empathy. The project aims to raise awareness about these young people, both for participants and for society, contributing to a more inclusive social structure.
