The project aims to identify the challenges and solutions faced by both disabled and non-disabled youth in the employment process and to develop inclusive policies by establishing a dialogue between young people and decision-makers. The project will address the issues young people encounter in employment and career progression, and work towards finding solutions collaboratively. One of the main goals is to create a policy document for disabled and non-disabled youth, presenting it to relevant institutions to advocate for the implementation of proposed solutions. Additionally, the project aims to raise awareness among public institutions, universities, and NGOs about the employment of disabled individuals and to break societal prejudices on this issue. The project seeks to contribute to the development of inclusive policies regarding disability and employment.
