The RAIN project aims to increase the visibility of volunteering in public institutions by strengthening disaster preparedness and enhancing the capacity for volunteer participation among youth workers through public institution and NGO collaborations. It will promote the development of new policies in youth work through transnational cooperation established between partner countries and experiential learning methodology.
