The project aims to improve GeSoB’s coaching, guidance, and entrepreneurship training for women and disadvantaged groups. Through group mobility, teaching assignments and structured courses,, trainers will gain new methodologies in inclusive counseling, intercultural competence, and innovative teaching strategies. Strengthening international partnerships will further develop new training materials and learning approaches.
As a research and expert center in adult education, GeSoB aims to enhance its guidance methods, strengthen trainers’ skills, and expand European collaboration. Many adult learners face barriers to employment and social inclusion, requiring innovative support. This Erasmus+ project will provide applied knowledge in integrative counseling, resilience coaching and female entrepreneurship,, helping GeSoB implement best practices from Spain into its coaching and empowerment programs.
