● To explore youth work practices in Kosovo, particularly those related to inclusion, non- formal education and post-conflict youth engagement. ● To reflect on the identity development of young people with Kosovar roots, including their connection to Albanian heritage and self-perception. ● To promote active citizenship, intercultural understanding and participation in democratic life. ● To develop professional networks and partnerships for future Erasmus+ projects. ● To equip participants with transferable tools and knowledge to enhance their local youth work.
