Objectives

We want to bring youth workers from different countries to create a network of international youth workers working with NEETs. They will meet to share their ideas and learn new ways to help, which will be used as a place for cross-cultural experience sharing. So, people from different parts of Europe will talk about the good things they do to help young people. By sharing their best ideas, everyone can learn new ways to support NEETs. This way, youth workers from all countries can try new things that have worked well in other places. The aim of the project is to bring youth workers, who work with people in NEET, from different countries, to exchange and learn creative and digital methods for fostering inclusion. Our objectives are: -to raise awareness about needs of the people in NEET -to exchange good practices across Europe that support inclusion of NEETs -to equip youth workers with creative methods such as creative writing and digital storytelling for inclusion of NEETs And our specific objective is: -creating a short online campaign with 1 min reels about people in NEET (who are they, how to support them, what we can do about them) A big part of our project is teaching new skills to youth workers. We will show them how to creative and digital methods, such as digital storytelling, Loesje ctretive writing and "Learn&Share" to help young people. For example, we'll teach them how to write interesting stories and how to make short videos that tell a story. These skills can help youth workers connect better with young people and make their work more fun and effective. One of the most important things we want to do is help more people understand about young NEETs. We will explain what problems these young people face and why it's important to help them. We want everyone to know how they can make a difference in a young person's life. When youth workers learn new skills, they can help more young people. This means more young people might go back to school, find a job, or start training for a job. We hope that by the end of this project, more people will understand how to help young people who are not in school or working.
