- Analyse and master the dynamics and trends of Erasmus horizontal priorities - Improve the quality of our training offer through the implementation of more modern and effective methods and tools - improve and deepen our skills in the field of inclusion, particularly in geographical and multi-ethnic contexts - Widen and reinforce our transnational professional network
Our work with partners from other EU Countries led to the consideration that we would benefit greatly from an action of sharing practices and methods with them, to refresh our competences and methods and upskill our team. We therefore develop the current proposal KA1 to have the opportunity of pairing with our partners in their actual working activities, through the job shadowing actions, to enhance our competencies in the Erasmus horizontal priorities.
