Objectives

The goal is to improve the quality of our VET education by learning from other European institutions. We aim to enhance our teaching practices, address the diverse needs of our students, and strengthen the link between education and labor market. Through knowledge exchange, we plan to implement flexible learning pathways and innovative approaches like UDL. Also, we seek to foster international collaboration and create opportunities for student/ staff mobility to support professional development

Background

Our schoolgroup has only a few VET schools. We aim to learn from other European VET institutions to improve our teaching practices and enhance the alignment with the labor market. Antwerp is a city with a highly diverse student population, and it is crucial for us to address this diversity. By exchanging knowledge and best practices, we can better adapt our teaching methods to meet the varied needs of our students and improve the overall quality of education focussing on diversity and inclusion.
