The project's vision is to equip teachers, psychologists, and pedagogues with practical tools and cultural sensitivity skills to effectively handle challenges related to gender, diversity, and disharmonious development profiles, ensuring a positive and supportive educational experience for all students. We want to train professionals in vocational and educational training to use evidence-based strategies and existing tools so that they can proactively prevent and manage transgressive behaviours.
