The project will improve the quality of youth work through collective intelligence, by means of 1 training course and 1 manual, the latter incorporating QR codes and serving as a basis for training aimed at encouraging young people to participate. We will propose 5 activities: creation of the collective, discovery of tools, analysis of obstacles and levers, experimentation with facilitators and final presentation. We need to equip participants with the skills they need to apply IC in their orga.
