The project aimed to promote inclusion, participation, and resilience among young people by using sports as an accessible, universal tool for self-understanding and personal growth. We wanted to create an environment where participants from different countries could learn how physical activity supports emotional regulation, communication, teamwork, and flexibility in challenging situations. The objectives were to: -Increase the inclusion and participation of young people from diverse backgrounds in non-formal education. -Strengthen resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills through sports and movement. -Give participants space to understand themselves better through physical activity and cooperative tasks. -Build strong intercultural bonds between participants from different countries. -Foster leadership, communication, and facilitation skills by allowing young people to lead sports-based workshops. -Encourage creativity by inviting participants to create, adapt, and implement new sports activities. -Promote Erasmus plus values, raise capacities and strengthen collaboration between partner countries
