With "Houston, we have a solution," we aim to build a bridge between the youth sector and civil society. By fostering cross-sector collaboration, we seek to provide youth workers with fresh ideas and, most importantly, practical tools to engage young people at the local level with global challenges in a positive and inspiring way. We identify four goals for this project: The first goal is to spread the message of the 25% revolution. The 25% revolution is a movement committed to respecting ecological boundaries and social justice as a foundation for a new future. With just 25% of the population, we can create 100% societal change. The second goal is to establish an active community of young people and youth workers who feel connected, continuously inspire one another, and challenge each other with innovative forms of activism. The third goal is to offer new inspiration and perspectives. By introducing fresh insights and approaches, we help youth workers expand their impact. The fourth goal is to look ahead to the future. Together with participants, we explore growth opportunities and develop strategies to reach new groups of young people—both within our own organizations and beyond.
