The project had two main objectives: - to improve trainers' teaching skills using AI. - to improve the skills of staff to organize trainings by using AI.
Participation in the project was dictated by the needs of a training organization to improve the quality of training, to promote lifelong learning and to use modern technologies and AI. A response to these needs is investment and support in the development of staff skills by organizing mobility for staff to exchange experience by job shadowing.
