Objectives

The project aims to enhance digital marketing skills for adults, especially unemployed individuals, career changers, retirees, and digital nomads, helping them access remote work opportunities. Educators will gain new teaching methods through job shadowing, improving training quality. Participants will develop practical skills in sustainable tourism marketing, increasing their employability and ability to work independently in the digital economy.

Background

Global Edu Hub applied for this project to enhance digital skills and employability for adults, including unemployed individuals, career changers, retirees, and digital nomads. Our learners need practical experience in digital marketing for sustainable tourism, which local training cannot provide. Through mobility and job shadowing, educators will gain new teaching methods, while participants will develop real-world skills to boost career prospects and integrate into the digital economy.
