The project aims to enhance the competencies of Sandanski Municipality staff in the fields of cultural heritage digitalization, sustainable tourism, and innovative educational methods. Through training courses and job shadowing mobility, participants will acquire best practices that will contribute to developing new cultural routes, improving museum education, and integrating digital technologies into the promotion of cultural heritage.
The Municipality of Sandanski applied for this project to enhance cultural heritage management, develop sustainable tourism models, and promote digitalization in the cultural sector.
