The project aims to strengthen the potential of the participants by enriching their knowledge and skills in the fields of emotional intelligence and social entrepreneurship. Through the application of techniques such as mindfulness and meditation, practices of self-awareness are acquired and skills for better understanding oneself and the surrounding world are developed. This will help to transform our community into a vibrant and sustainable environment with diverse opportunities for growth.
The community center “Archimandrite Dosithey-1908” is an organization that applies innovative approaches to learning in the field of non-formal education. The idea for the project arose from the need to develop effective tools to overcome stress and social isolation, as well as to support the inclusion of disadvantaged people, turning them into active participants in society.
