The two main objectives of the project are: - Increasing the competences of specialists in the social sphere in using effective methods for the prevention of violence against women. - Developing the capacity of the Foundation to develop and implement campaigns to raise public awareness on the topics of violence against women with the involvement of a wide range of stakeholders. By fulfilling the above objectives, the Foundation will develop the capacity to work on projects at the European level.
Since its establishment in 2007, Courage Foundation has been actively working on informal training of experts in the social field. Despite the accumulated experience, there is an urgent need for training of the Foundation's staff to build competencies in the prevention of violence against women. This is a complex and multi-stage process that requires the use of various methods of informal training, as well as careful planning of awareness-raising campaigns. We will study the Italian experience.
