The project aimed to strengthen our capacity to collaborate internationally within the Erasmus+ framework, enhancing staff and participants’ skills in project management and intercultural communication. It sought to empower participants, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, by developing their key competences, fostering social inclusion, and promoting EU values such as freedom of movement, while supporting sustainable European partnerships.
The project addressed Association Aries’ limited experience in transnational cooperation and Erasmus+ implementation. Although experienced in local activities, its adult learners and supporting team had limited access to international learning and intercultural exchange. The project created European cooperation opportunities, developed key competences and strengthened participants’ connection to EU values.
