By carrying out the project, we will equip people, particularly those from marginalized groups, with entrepreneurial skills, leadership skills, and self-esteem. We plan to promote equal access to education, support their professional growth, and empower them to become effective change agents within their communities, as well as develop our organisation's capacity and expand our European partnerships.
We applied for this project to empower people, especially those from vulnerable groups, by providing them with entrepreneurial skills and equal opportunities for development. We aim to build their confidence and capacity to effect positive change in society. The project will also strengthen our organisation's capacity, expand our networks, and improve the quality and scope of our training activities.
