Our goal is to equip vulnerable young adults with essential skills for career development, digital job applications, and social integration. By combining expertise in motivation, social mediation, and disability inclusion, we aim to enhance adaptability to the dynamic job market. The project will create training programs, mentorship opportunities, and institutional collaborations, ensuring long-term employability and empowerment for our target groups.
We applied for this project to support young adults from minority and refugee backgrounds in overcoming employment challenges. They face digital illiteracy, lack career skills, and struggle with the shift to digital job applications. Our region has high unemployment and skill mismatches. By partnering with experienced organizations, we aim to improve their employability and social integration, addressing these urgent local and global labor market issues.
