The objectives of the project are: 1. Development of professional skills in fashion, hairdressing, cosmetics, and makeup by gaining experience from Turkey, where modern styles intertwine with Eastern aesthetics. 2. Enhancement of foreign language and intercultural competencies of participants in a multicultural environment. 3. Expansion of the school’s international collaboration by establishing new partnerships with employers, social partners, and training organizations.
The project addresses the following challenges: - Limited local opportunities for observing innovations and working with new technologies. - The need for students to expand their foreign language competencies, acquire specific terminology related to their profession, develop communication skills in a multicultural environment and with international clients, and enhance their social skills. - The need to expand international activities.
