With the project we want to develop the professional competences of students through practical training in a real working environment in an international context. Teachers will implement new technologies and pedagogical approaches that will enrich the curricula and make the training more relevant and practically oriented. In addition, the project aims to strengthen the motivation of students, attract greater interest in the school and create a sustainable network of partnerships.
We applied for this project to meet the growing demands of the labor market for highly qualified personnel with skills in innovative areas such as digitalization of industrial processes, automation and green technologies. The activities will enable participants to acquire skills and competencies that will prepare them for a sustainable and competitive economy. We will promote equal access to education and establish the school as an innovative institution.
