Students will be well prepared for their future professional careers in the financial sector in the context of globalization and digitalization and will be able to recognize new opportunities for sustainable financing and socially responsible investments. The project will encourage them to be active participants in solving the challenges facing young people and to be able to successfully navigate the changing world of finance through critical thinking.
Students need prof. development, knowledge of FinTech processes, products, financial management approaches and models for implemented innovations in the financial sphere.They are motivated to work in it and what they learned from Milan is part of their preparation for working in international teams.The project creates conditions for individuals with knowledge, skills and original ideas to apply them in financial institutions. It implements the high school's strategy for applying EU practice.
